MONTSERRAT ALL DAY

An unforgettable excursion to get to know one of the most outstanding places of worship in Catalonia. We will enjoy all the attractions that nature offers us along with a cultural visit. From the foot of the mountain we will embark on the modern rack train that will take us up to a height of 725 meters on a route where we can enjoy an unbeatable view of the mountain and its surroundings. Once at the top of the mountain we will visit the Basilica of the Virgin of Montserrat, declared patron saint of Catalonia, where we can participate in prayers and listen to the oldest choir in Europe. We can enjoy an audiovisual projection in 3D that tells the history of the monastery and the monastic life. In addition we can enjoy a tasting of liquors of 4 different flavors, prepared according to the ancient recipes of the monks. After this tasting we can walk through nature, visit the cave where the image of the Virgin was found, taste and purchase artisan products such as cheeses, nuts, ... And to complete the visit we will go down the north face of the mountain where we can admire the rock formations sculpted in an extraordinary way by nature itself.
