Mediterrània
Inspired by the most charming areas of the Mediterranean, this fabulous fishing village welcomes you to the park. Here you will find dizzying rides and the most peaceful areas to relax and enjoy with your family.
The Mediterrània area is themed with original materials that reproduce buildings representative of Mediterranean villages.

maximum verisimilitude in every detail and the visitor can appreciate this by walking through the different areas of the first

Mediterrània is home to one of the fastest rides in the park, Furius Baco, a roller coaster where, in just three seconds, the body undergoes acceleration from 0 km/h to 135 km/h. It is also the starting point for those who prefer to visit the park in a more relaxed way, travelling on the boats that leave from the Port de la Drassana or on the old train that leaves from the Estació del Nord.
Far West
Welcome to Penitence, cowboy! In this western town of PortAventura World it's always the 4th of July, a day of celebration in the purest American style. Thrilling attractions such as Stampida, a race between two furious herds of buffalo, authentic American food to the rhythm of country music, unforgettable memories and the best shows await you.

Polynesia
Discover PortAventura World's Polynesia, the themed area that will transport you to an authentic tropical jungle. Don't miss the abundant native vegetation and enjoy the most fun attractions and impressive shows.
In Polynesia the realism reaches every detail, even the strange sculptures that the visitor can find along the way are divinities (the Tikis) brought from Fiji and Tonga islands. The whole trail is surrounded by torrents sliding down volcanic rocks, making the visitor feel like in a real tropical paradise with fun attractions and various shows.
The main attractions at Polynesia are the Tutuki Splash, which is a carriage that plunges down from the top of a volcano to the lake, and the
volcano to the lake, and the Kontiki boat, which travels around the Polynesian islands in a raging sea.
In addition, the area has the Mers du Sud shop, which offers souvenirs imported from authentic Polynesia, and the

China
The PortAventura China area is a journey back in time to ancient colonial China. It is divided into the Mongolian area and the Imperial area, where you can take on the park's most famous dragon. Visit the shops, enjoy the exquisite restaurants, enjoy the shows and have the time of your life on the rides! Are you ready to discover Dragon Khan?
In China, visitors enter the agricultural city of Ximpang, where the Emperor has established his summer residence: a recreation of the "Forbidden City" in Beijing. There you can also find a reproduction (both in materials and size) of the Great Wall.
In 2014 PortAventura inaugurated Angkor, a new attraction inspired by the great Temple of Angkor, considered the largest religious structure ever built. This boat ride holds the record for being the longest circuit in Europe.
The Chinese rides are the park's most eye-catching attractions. In addition to the emblematic Shambhala, the roller coaster that breaks 3 European records (the highest ride at 76m, the longest drop at 78m and the fastest hypercoaster at 134 km/h), visitors can enjoy the famous Dragon Khan, one of PortAventura's most emblematic and iconic rides, which plays host to the Imperial zone. For the more daring, this roller coaster has 8 loops to reach zero gravity through the "corkscrew" effect and a dizzying drop from 45 metres high, at a speed of up to 100 km/h.
Mexico
Come and discover the Mexico themed area in PortAventura and travel to colonial Mexico. A spectacular Mayan pyramid will welcome you, its rituals will surprise you, its rich gastronomy will fascinate you and attractions such as Hurakan Condor will win you over.
This area proposes an encounter with the millenary Mayan culture after the arrival of the Spaniards to America. Here the visitor will find the great Mayan Pyramid and a reconstruction of Chichén Itzá that houses numerous surprises inside, such as the tomb of the "Great Pacal".
Mexico's main attraction is the Hurakan Condor, which emulates the tree structure of "los voladores", and offers a free fall of 86 metres at 100 km/h for a duration of 3 seconds. The Feathered Serpent and the roller coaster El DiabloTren de la Mina also invite to have fun in this area. In the Temple of Fire, the bravest can take part in an exciting treasure hunt and accompany PortAventura's most intrepid adventurer in a show full of fire and surprises.
Sésamoaventura
Come and discover SésamoAventura, the area for the little ones in PortAventura World and meet its fascinating inhabitants: Epi, Blas and the whole world of Sesame Street are waiting for you! In this amazing place everything is set in the world of Sesame Street, from its fun attractions for all the family to the magical restaurants and shops. You can't miss it!
The most popular Sesame Street characters await visitors at SésamoAventura, PortAventura's most family-friendly area where children are the main protagonists. The 11 attractions in this area have been conceived and designed for children aged one and upwards.
The most striking element is the enormous tree that presides over the area and welcomes visitors: the Magic Tree. Its branches light up at night and the terrace that houses its trunk offers perfect views of the whole of SésamoAventura.
